Celtic Horde

Description
This is a simple mod that reduces the Unit Upkeep for Celtic units while trying to preserve the historical context of the period. In effect, it allows for the Celtic factions (Picts, Ebdanians, and Caledonians) to fully utilize their historical numerical superiority.

There is no reason why the upkeep cost of a light Pictish axeband should ever be identical to that of Roman heavy infantry. Also, there is no reason why the region of the world that once spontaneously birthed a horde of more than 230,000 cannot do it once more, just 300 years after Boudica's original failed revolution.

Not a subscriber, but I expect it would. When the AI recruits armies, it takes into account the available $$$, so this must mean that Celt AI will be fielding more armies.

Hey good job on the mod! I like it and use it a lot, but could you make one for the Slavs? There armies cost the same or more than the roman ones and they are like 10 times worse... some of them don't even have shirts and they cost more than legionaries. Its fine if you don't have the time. Just wondering.

@maksk, The Romans are already inherently stronger than the Celts, any buff I could give them would help them in their conquest of other regions of the world. It is not the vision of this mod to change the dynamic of the entire game, just to boost realism on the British continent.

HOWEVER, I would strongly recommend the "Terminus Total War - Imperium" mod if you want the Romans to be stronger and barbarians to be more plentiful. In fact, this mod works with that one as well! Hope this helps.

can you make that every barbarians are cheaper, but romans are a bit stronger (for example factionwide +5 melee attack and defence and +10 morale, romans were disciplined).
