Low cost tier 1, level 5 unlock starter HV with gatling gun and turret for hostile starts or those who want to go on the offensive early. I use this in the more hostile Project Eden starts. It can be upgraded with a medical station.

The compromise to squeeze all this into small tier 1 is that this has just enough thrust and lift and can list unless cargo mass is evenly distributed between ore and general cargo containers. That said, it is cheap to construct and gets me going quickly.
