By the way, you can enable the developer console by going into the options. a "allow developer console" option should be in there somewhere. I have no idea where it is because it's been a while since I first used it. when you turn it on press the ` key (near the top left of your keyboard) to open it. then you can type "sv_cheats 1" to enable cheats in your server. If you have used cheats in another Valve game, you should be able to use some commands you used in other games as they all use the same engine.
