[OHH] Higher Royal Favor x2

Description
Works with 1.4
Increases the Royal Favor needed for each rank by 2 times.

(Example: Freeholder: Vanilla (1 favor) with mod (2 favor).Count: Vanilla 20 favor with mod 40 favor).

I made this mod so my pawn doesn't become a royal in 2 days. It is a very simple mod so I don't foresee any compatibility issues.


xpath edits to the favorCost values in the RoyalTitles_Empire file.

I like the idea of this. The 5x one seemed like a bit too much grind, but I got a Praetor in a matter of a couple quadrums of starting my colony with vanilla. This'll be good for balancing things out.
