Game Engine Limitations:
- the game AI can't fly these well
- the game engine does not support taildraggers very well (it is very tricky and time consuming to make them work)
- the game engine does not model wheel brakes for aircraft properly (slowing down depends on friction/physX)
- the game engine does not really support more than one gun or mixed guns for aircraft (cant use at same time, weird sounds, at least we can set up multiple barrels, that's something)
- the damage system does not work well for large aircraft. At a certain size they stop taking damage from LMGs
- stall-, landing- and top speeds for non jets are tricky and time consuming to model in arma, so they are not realistic

Arma is not really a flight sim but it does a decent job nevertheless. You just have to accept the limitations
