Download Rise of Mordor and follow their instructions, subscribe to RoM Submod, then subscribe to War of the ring.

FEATURES-- Reskin & Technology Overhaul.
This mod is save-compatible. You should be able to load a previous save to enjoy Middle Earth in one click!
Some factions are DLC factions:
Rhun=slavs / Alamans=Edoras / Langobard=Helmingas / Norse=dwarf-Dale unfinished / Celts=Elfs or gundabad, not done nor yet decided

The Timeline is vaguely early before the war of The Lord of the Rings, Saruman isn't evil yet, allied with Rohan & Eriador, Sauron is far east, and Gondor holds Minas Ithil and the plains of Gorgoroth. What story will you chose then ?

Near-completion factions:
- Mordor ( this is the most worked-on/immersive faction with ~60% of UI & portrait reskin)

non-aggression pact with them, and the feral Orc Tribes and the Witch King may be some trouble until you

- Isengard (Franks)

Hello all, this mod is still heavily a WiP, factions will be completed as time advances, but I can't guarantee updates! My life is quiet full as it is, this mod is a cry of the heart just to get some fun on top of the amazing Rise of Mordor mod.

Feedback is very much welcome, especially from Tolkien scholars having the stroke seeing how I mapped Middle Earth on the GC map...
I'm just a fan painting miniatures and listening to the music on repeat! x)

-- The grand campaign map may need some tweakings, Lorien especially, so don't hesitate to give your thoughts on all of it // Including "which faction should be which" !

This is my first mod so to speak, so be gentle as to potential bugs or mis-tweaks. There is much that could be done and not half of it did I manage to do.
