This small mod changes some fokus.

With the fokus "El jefe Maximo" Calles becomes the Head of state of the Neutral party and the flag and name changes to the third mexican empire.
The political advisor you get through that fokus increases the neutral ideology by 0.2/day instead of 0.1/day

With the fokus "The Goldshirts" the increase of fasicm is decreased so its easier to stay neutral


This mod should work with every language. if you come across any issues please tell me.

its not monarchist but authoritarian. its the same ideology group in hoi4

( also i wanted to have the name of the mexican empire and the flag, you know with the us regions and calles as santa anna )
