Adds S.S. Standartenfuhrer Hans 'Jew Hunter' Landa to Germany's Spy Roster from The Inglorious Basterds.

Landa will have the linguist trait.

How do you find him? Do you have to occupy France?

they are in the game file localisation directory. Look for the trait file in English

Btw I wanted to make him a bit OP through the console. Cheats of adding traits aren't on internet so I'll type them here in case people wanna use it:

1) select the spy
2) gain_xp trait

3)erase the trait and type one of these

Any chance you'd want to expand it? Lt. Aldo Raine, the Bear Jew, and Sgt. Hugo Stiglitz for the Americans, Shosanna Dreyfus for Free France, and Lt. Archie Hicox and Bridget von Hammersmark for the British.
