This jetty cannot be constructed.
As it only has a footpath connection the construction offices cannot find a path to the jetty to construct it.

Esunisen 1 look like it doesent fuel the boat in duck you have to fuel it some other place like offshore fuel depot

Hi! I had the same problem: the only ships I found small enough to actually have the jetty in their plan were mods, And so some conflict may have occured from tat, but the ships either couldn't find their way in, or couldn't find their way out... whoch is a shame, as a jetty like this would be very usefull!!!

This mod did not work, it only confuses smaller ships, they dont pick up anyone. what can be the source of problem?
