Best PW Action server available right now. Custom abilities and new item properties make playing and gearing much different that default nwn. Highly recommend to check it out if action PWs are your interest.

solo-able is not "singleplayer" and module would indicated it INCLUDES the module , so no it IS shameful advertising ...

Intent was not to shamefully advertise, it was based on the idea of it also being solo-able. Since it's an upload it requires something to be uploaded on, so there had to be some base file so a screenshot was used.

so this is tagged as "Module, Persistentworld, Singleplayer, Multiplayer" but there is no module included, and thus no singleplayer, either you forgot to include the module or this is just shameful advertising of a pw server with wrong tags to try and get views....

ZephyrAM no. "Rogue-like" or "Roguelike" refers to a tile based, turn based strategy RPG similar to the game "Rogue"

What you've just said is a perpetuation of a misconception surrounding the term which is effectively poaching the genre.

Our rogue-like dungeon is more of a delving 'maps' type system, similar to what you might see in something like PoE. You can either leave a level when you complete it, or you can risk going deeper. If you die in this dungeon however, you drop any gear you picked up in the dungeon, no other progress is lost.

It's a feature we're currently doing some rework on, as recently we've discovered some issues with instancing. Hope to have that back and working by next week!

Pretty sure 'Rogue-like' these days just means you lose progress when you die and start over from the beginning. So I'd guess the dungeon has progression that's not saved if you leave (by dying or otherwise) and re-enter. Possibly bits of less progression that 'can' be carried over, such as items, levels, or other special things.

What exactly do you mean by "rogue-like dungeon" I mean you cant exactly cram a turn based, tile based experience akin to Rogue into a NWN persistent world and expect it to function well. So how are you implementing turns, tiles and all the functions of a roguelike in that system?

Or are you referring to procedural generation, because that's its own thing.

Looks interesting. I'll check it out
