Adds a Super Star Badge!

While mostly a badge version of the original mod, functionality has been removed that prevented it from working on bosses. The individual effects on each boss are:

Mafia Boss - Touch to damage when blue, otherwise no changes.
The Conductor/DJ Grooves - Instant kill on contact.
Toilet of Doom - Instant kill on contant when blue.
The Snatcher - Instant kill, but softlocks.
Mustache Girl - Instant kill, but softlocks.
The Empress - Untested.

Known Issues:
MusicTree's BPM is permanently overridden until a new level is loaded. (only affects smug dance)

"Super Star" and Super Star music are property of Nintendo.

great mod. but is there any chance you can change the music to the original Powerful Mario Theme please?

Excellent mod, the only thing I would change is the whole "instant kill" thing (for bosses). Maybe add an option to enable or disable the instakill, while leaving the music and invincibility thing on. Other than that, just awesome.
