(OLD)Down with the THICCness: A guide to princess weight management
由 Taco Bell® Crunchwrap Supreme® 制作
This is information about the game's new weight system that I have gathered through testing.

Recent update: I will no longer be updating this guide as both the official and unofficial wikis now explain this system better than I ever could. If you want info on it, go there. I will, however, leave it up for posterity.

Overview: Mechanics, Terminology, Quirks & Bugs
Disclaimer: This is my understanding of how this system works so far. I have not tested absolutely everything, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on anything.

Mechanics
  • For now, thicc forms seem to be entirely cosmetic and don't affect stats or gameplay at all.
  • Every item categorized as food will fill a princess's stomach by some amount. Some a lot more than others.
  • A princess's weight updates every time a full ingame day passes.
    • If a princess's stomach is full (denoted by the full stomach graphic in the diary or the "Burp!" text when feeding a princess) then her weight will increase.
    • If a princess's stomach is at or above half full but not completely full, her weight will not change.
    • If her stomach is below the halfway point, then her weight will decrease.
  • Each princess has foods that they don't like. Those will contribute nothing towards fullness.
    • Princesses have a maximum and minimum weight. If she reaches either, she'll receive a debuff that decreases her stats for as long as she remains that way.
    • Foods do have values and calories which factor into weight gain in some kind of complicated formula. I'll get around to that eventually, maybe.
    • Changing the "metabolic rate" setting will affect how fast a princess gains and loses weight.
    • As a quick note: If the human reign has been overthrown, the castle chef will move to the Faun's Tavern. Once he does, all of your companions you drop off there will steadily gain weight. You can also talk to him and get a meal for your entire party for pretty cheap.
Succubi have some kind of separate feeding system where they get fullness from you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ them and/or feeding them semen or something, I don't know I don't really have a lot of info on it.

    Terminology
Here is the key for the terms I will be using in this guide:
Min weight: The lowest a princess's weight can go. You don't want to be here.
Starting weight: How much a princess weighs when you first obtain her.
Max weight: The highest a princess's weight can go. You don't want to be here either.
For all princesses that have a non-living and living form (Golem, Ghost, Skeleton) the weights will be listed as (unliving)/(living).

    Quirks & Bugs

    • If you camp too late in the night, fullness and weight will carry over to the next day as if the day hadn't cycled properly.
    • Most alternate forms don't have a thicc form yet.
    • Princesses are supposed to have foods they like, foods they accept, and foods they don't like. However, in practice it seems that foods they're supposed to accept and foods they don't like have the exact same result. Ergo, only foods they like will actually fill them up. This probably isn't intended.
    Food Types
So, I've figured out that foods fall into 11 categories: meat, fish, veggies, dairy, candy, alcohol, potions (apparently), ghost, rock, oil, and bodily fluids (only sperm is in this category, for now). All princesses will eat alcohol, veg, and bodily fluids. Only GolemP eats rock.
Some foods belong to multiple categories, and a princess will eat that food as long as none belong to a category that she "can't eat."
This system is a little more complicated than it needs to be.
In the shortest form I can surmise:
0 means doesn't like unless all are 0, in which case it means they refuse it (this never happens).
1 means like, except if there's no -1 which then just means "accept."
-1 means "can't" which means they always refuse it.
I will probably update this guide soon with these numbers.
Drunk revelation at 11pm here: Essentially what this means is that if you take any given food, if it belongs to one or more categories that are a -1 for that princess, they won't eat it. If it has a 1 and no -1 then they will. 0 only matters if it's by itself, in which case they won't eat it.
Anyway, most food categories are pretty intuitive (Dippy Fries are veg+oil, for instance) so I won't bother going through all of them but here I'll list some that I thought were pretty funny or interesting.
    • Both butterflies and fairies qualify as meat+candy. Yum.
    • Candy corn is veg+candy. That's cute.
    • Lump on a Stick is actually meat+candy, which is why some princesses won't eat it.
    • Sperm is also candy.
    • Moth Ice Cream does not actually contain dairy.
    • The "potion" category is actually unused as of right now, as all potions fall under the "candy" category.
    Cat Princess
    Min weight: 31
    Starting weight: 45
    Thicc at: 58
    Max weight: 71

Notes: For those who don't want their catgirls to be jacked.
    Desert Princess
    Min weight: 33
    Starting weight: 50
    Thicc at: 65
    Max weight: 75

Notes: Not very easy, but not very hard either. Also, this is one of the less dramatic differences between thinn and thicc.
    Dog Princess
    Min weight: 33
    Starting weight: 52
    Thicc at: 61
    Max weight: 75

Notes: I mean... if this is your thing, I ain't gonna stop you bro.
    Finhead Princess
    Min weight: 30
    Starting weight: 42
    Thicc at: 55
    Max weight: 68

Notes: No meat or dairy. This one kinda sucks.
    Ghost Princess
    Min weight: 3/33
    Starting weight: 5/50
    Thicc at: 6*/61 (see notes)
    Max weight: 8/75

Notes: So, by looking at the code it seems like she should become thicc at 6 kg. Though, I've done it and it won't happen unless I use the thicc cheat. Which is weird considering I don't have this problem with GolemP or SkeletonP.
Gains (and loses) weight very slowly. As of right now it doesn't seem like GolemP, GhostP or SkeletonP have a different metabolic rate for their living forms.
    Goblin Princess
    Min weight: 21
    Starting weight: 35
    Thicc at: 40
    Max weight: 49

Notes: This is truly peak goblin performance.
    Anyways, pretty easy.
    Golem Princess
    Min weight: 100/200
    Starting weight: 150/300
    Thicc at: 184/330
    Max weight: 225/450

Notes: GolemP in her golem form only seems to eat Dippy Fries and rocks. Even then, it takes way too many Dippy Fries.
Surprisingly can gain weight pretty quickly regardless if you have a metric ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of fries.
    Harvest Princess
    Min weight: 35
    Starting weight: 48
    Thicc at: 64
    Max weight: 79

Notes: The fact that there is no thicc boy form is a crime.
    Human Princess
    Min weight: 35
    Starting weight: 60
    Thicc at: 64
    Max weight: 101

    Notes: gg ez
Her thicc form is kind of redundant, honestly. She's already pretty big to begin with.
    Insect Princess
    Min weight: 21
    Starting weight: 32
    Thicc at: 40 kg
    Max weight: 49

    Notes: Fuggo the buggo.
    Kobold Princess
    Min weight: 28
    Starting weight: 46
    Thicc at: 52
    Max weight: 64

Notes: Very easy to get to thicc because of the low difference between starting weight and thicc weight.
    Moth Princess
    Min weight: 45
    Starting weight: 75
    Thicc at: 90
    Max weight: 101

Notes: Would be pretty easy to get thicc if not for the fact that she doesn't like Porgy Meat.
Also, holy hot damn those thighs.
    Mouse Princess
    Min weight: 25
    Starting weight: 38
    Thicc at: 45
    Max weight: 56

    Notes: smol
    Rabbit Princess
    Min weight: 41
    Starting weight: 70
    Thicc at: 77
    Max weight: 94

    Notes: Big mommy milkers.
    Skeleton Princess
    Min weight: 10/41
    Starting weight: 15/60
    Thicc at: 18/77
    Max weight: 23/94

Notes: Like GhostP, gains (and loses) weight very slowly.
Her skeleton form can now be thicc too, but it's clothed-only. That's boring.
    Slime Princess
    Min weight: 45
    Starting weight: 75
    Thicc at: 83
    Max weight: 101

Notes: Another one that's very easily achievable. Also, she can't really be "naked" which is interesting.
    Wyvern Princess
    Min weight: 145
    Starting weight: 220
    Thicc at: 270
    Max weight: 330

Notes: My personal favorite, but she is a ♥♥♥♥♥ to get to that threshold.
What are the best foods, then?
Right now, the objectively best food is the Lump on a Stick because it fills any princess instantly, regardless of current weight and only costs as much as one Porgy Meat. Unfortunately, it can't be relied upon often because of needing Merchant Princess to be at the Faun's Tavern to refill it. Aside from that, Porgy Meat is the best in terms of food value if your princess can eat it, followed by Dippy Fries, Pumpkin Pie, and Strawberry Creampie (they all have around the same value). If you want to get technical though, Plump Helmets are the most cost effective choice but you'll need more than twice as many compared to Porgy Meat. Overall most princesses kind of require way too much food to be full and this is especially noticeable when you're trying to feed any of the dragon princesses. In that case, you're better off with the Lump on a stick.
If you don't want to spend a lot of money, just overthrow the human reign so that the chef moves to the tavern. Then, you can just passively have princesses gain weight while being in the tavern or get cheap meals from him.
The Queen Praline is actually slightly better than Porgy meat (10 calories more) but those are much harder to get.
There is an item called Stuffed Eclair which actually has a calorie count of 1000 (which is insane) but I don't think it's obtainable in game yet.

I recommend checking out the wiki[princessandconquest.fandom.com] if you want a list of foods, their calorie counts and categories, and a list of the foods princesses will and won't eat. I just don't feel like listing it here because someone's already done that. Bear in mind that the food preferences list is actually currently inaccurate as princesses will not get full from any food that's not in their "likes" list.

Author's note: ♥♥♥♥ those wiki creators for changing the URL, I don't know how long that's been incorrect for, I'm done updating this, sorry.

so idk if someone can help me but i think the thicc form is keeping me from making any progress with human princess. like shes depressed or something lol. anyway i can force her to lose weight without cheats? or maybe my playthrough is bugged?

Why should I even try to get THICC form? It doesn't even affect the appearance of the princesses in the "plot" animations.

You buy Dippy Fries from MerchantP when she's in Goblin reign. You get Lump on a Stick from InsectP after recruiting her. I don't remember exactly what the requirements are but you have to start a quest by camping with her at night, I think. There's probably a love requirement or something. The wiki actually doesn't mention this at all. The quest gives you the Lump on a Stick. After using it you can refill it at MerchantP if she's in Faun's Tavern.

If you defeat Le-chef in the human reign castle event (I think it has to be via the trap door too) he will move into FaunP's tavern. You can order a full course meal from him which instantly puts any princess in your active party at full belly for the day.

oh, then i'll need to be careful, it's a shame they don't create an item that will let them maintain their current weight, would would not only help players in the long haul, but make it more enjoyable. thank you for the tips however, this is one interesting game to say the least.
