Description
Kokone[vocaloid.fandom.com] is a Vocaloid released back in February 14th of 2014 for the VOCALOID3 Engine. Her name is derived from the meaning "to echo in the heart", presumably in reference to Valentine's Day (hence, the release date). Not much is known about her personality since she doesn't really exist lol. Ported from MMD.

*Known bug(s):
- The skirt clips a little, especially when crouched.

I just figured why not. Since the MMD author included that costume, I might as well make it a 2 pack just to kill my boredom.

I couldn't find the folder, but unsubbing and resubbing worked

Un-sub, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\4000\1991841594, delete the .gma file, then re-sub.
I just tested the update, and the subscription works fine.
