N.S445 St Pancras to Bedford Class 801 test (prior to EMR 800 services)

Description
Test a Class 801 prior to production Class 800 bi-modes running. Also sample 5 carriage HSTs - coming in 2020.

Route: MML Midland Main Line: London to Bedford
Duration: 44 minutes Difficulty: Easy
Scenario: Standard
Extra DLC: Faversham High Speed Route, Class 220 Cross Country Voyager, Hitachi Class 801, First Capital Connect Class 321

Starting at St Pancras International, let your VIPs on, who are catching a plane at Luton Airport.

Only stop is Luton Airport Parkway on this test to Bedford.

You will be chasing ambers at the beginning, but then have a clear run.

HSTs from LNER have been purchased - but only 5 carriage configurations. Hull Trains are selling Class 180s also this year (but they will feature in another scenario).

I hope you enjoy your trip to Bedford (but not at 125mph yet!).

I had a 140mph run on a Class 395 when back in the UK in 2011 at least, on HS1, from St Pancras.

As usual from Not.Silent, very enjoyable. I thought the 'chasing yellows' would never end, but it did.Some red lights just before Bedford. Very nice.
