(Simple most likely a tourist car that someone in West germany owned or someone who just happened to come into East germany for a visit and lost the car)

It's cool but why is the country of import stated as Germany? Shouldn't it be the US? It's not like there are any barriers in the main game since I know there was that cement railcar and some forklifts that were US imports.
