Grand Theft Auto Mission Passed On Upgrade

Description
This mod replaces the annoying ding sound on building upgrade to the Mission Passed sounds from Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City, San Andreas, IV, and V. This mod requires Ambient Sounds Tuner 2.0 by BloodyPenguin, and will need to be enabled through that mod's options in-game.

Instructions to enable:

1. Subscribe to Ambient Sounds Tuner 2.0 by BloodyPenguin.
2. Subscribe to this mod.
3. Open Cities: Skylines.
4. Click Content Editor.
5. Navigate to Mods on the left pane. Click on the Mods button.
6. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto Mission Passed On Upgrade on the right pane. Ensure that it is turned on.
7. Navigate to Ambient Sounds Tuner 2.0 by BloodyPenguin in the right pane. Ensure that it is turned on. Click Options.
8. In the mod's options, navigate down to Building. For On Upgrade, use the drop-down boxes on the right to use GTA MC.

@Marty Chonks as I learned it is not playing P&P DLC's sounds.

Ambient Sounds Tuner 2.0, which this mod relies on, is currently held together with duct tape after recent updates to the game. In my recent testing, my two mods that rely on Ambient Sounds Tuner do still work almost all of the time, even enabled at the same time, but I have not tested them in conjunction with any other mods with Ambient Sounds Tuner 2.0. These mods should be good to use with each other in the meantime.

Since Ambient Sounds Tuner 2.0 is not working well, I placed this mod and all related sound mods on the list of Avoid these mods.
