Shojo Kageki Revue Starlight - Siegfeld Institute

Adds the Siegfeld Institute of Music led by Akira Yukishiro from the Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight as a playable civilization.

Siegfeld Institute is a faction themed on culture and elites: the Siegfeld wants to be the best, and their forces up to snuff led by their leadership positions filled by their unique Edel units. The Siegfeld Institute benefit from constantly leveling their troops.

Trait - Meritocratic Order

Cities gain +1 Culture and +5% Great People generation per level of the unit it has trained that currently has the highest level. +1 Production to Artists, Musicians, and Writers.

Unique Unit - Edels

Special Units which replace no default unit the game. Edels have no initial experience except for ones trained directly when Information Era is achieved, but earns promotion 100% faster and are significantly stronger than the contemporary units. Edels also apply their own Meritocratic Order bonuses independent of the Trait, applying the bonus based on the Edel with the highest level.
Longsword Edel replaces the first Longswordsman, Rifleman, or the Marine produced when one doesn't already exist.
Saber Edel replaces the first Knight, Cavalry, or the Tank produced when one doesn't already exist.
Crossbow Edel replaces the first Crossbowman, Gatling Gun, or the Bazooka produced when one doesn't already exist.
Pikeman Edel replaces the first Pikeman, Lancer, or the Mobile SAM produced when one doesn't already exist.

Unique Building - Practice Field

Replaces the Armory. In addition to the regular effects of the Armory, it has a musician slot and a slot for a Great Work of Music. Units trained in the city also receives 5 additional experience per artist, musician and writer specialist slot worked by the city. (Max 25)
