Oh I did that but then it kept opening ActivMovie Windows so I looked for a solution online and I found one that worked, turns out I had to go to amd radeon settings and switch wallpaper32 to "Power saving", it works now. Thanks and cool wallpaper!

Hello! I suggest that you install the K-Lite Codec Pack "https://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm" . It is probably a missing codec. If the problem persists, let me know.
