特色单位太后期了,不过也没事
重点在于领袖的特性太IMBA了,1点移动力就够了,已经很无敌了
10点战斗力建议换成叠力操作,拉低下限提高上限,比如相邻一个单位+3战斗力,比高卢高一点,回血的特性最好改成杀单位回血,或者掠夺回血,或者是驻扎即刻回血,带点限制

领袖特征并不明显,唯一出色的只有行动力,感觉可以改为回合回血5,这样可以利用高移动来进游击战,将10攻击改为2视野,利用视野 回血 移动 甚至驻扎回血来保证自身能快速加入战斗和回复,想到自己跑着跑着就满血的场面一定很美,完美利用了前期高移动的优势,尤其是侦察兵,自身血量危险的时候照样可以进行移动而不是浪费回合进行回复
既然背景为旧银河帝国,完全可以再来一个驻军城市加忠诚度的领袖特征,试问谁不想成为宇宙大国的一员
强度其实并不明显,尤其是我这种喜欢稀少资源的,15个城就一个石油,一个煤,文明特性跟没有一样
最后,能不能给予建造者每个时代加1改造次数的能力,都开始恢复往日的光辉了,建造者还这么偷懒,让勤劳的领袖情以何堪
