Nerf scripted habitable planets

Description
Reduce number of scripted habitable planets from galaxy generation.

Compatible with Stellaris 2.5.1 and all its DLCs.

List of changes:
  • Removed Trappist system (3 habitable planets) [vanilla]
  • Decreased number of guaranteed habitable planets in Dreadnought and Fortress systems to 1 [Leviathans DLC]
  • Removed Ketlings systems (6 tomb worlds) - effectively removing also accompanying event chain [Distant Stars DLC]
  • Removed ice system (3 habitable planets) [Distant Stars DLC]
  • Decreased guaranteed habitable planets in Tiyanki system to just 1 gaia world [Distant Stars DLC]
  • Removed 2 likely habitable planets from escape pod system [Distant Stars DLC]
  • Removed several systems of More Events Mod

Warning: Primitive civilizations spawn their own habitable planets, effectively increasing overall number of habitable planets in galaxy.

Complementing mod: Less Habitable Planets (not by me)

Remains to be done:
  • Return Ketlings systems in some nerfed form (requires messing with their events)
  • Nerf number of holy worlds spawned by spiritualist fallen empire
  • Re-enable the More Events Mod's systems and just nerf them (problematic if the mod is not present)
