How to Easily Get No country for Old Men

So. I have noticed only 4.0% of the HOI4 Community has gotten "No Country for Old men" It's really quite easy. I do not think that any DLC is needed, I have none of the major DLCs. Here is the step-by-step process:

1. Pick ANY country. The Smaller, the better. Don't go full on Luxembourg. I went with Switzerland in my run, but a nation like Poland could easily work as well.

2. Make sure to keep Political Power High. Take the Silent Workhorse if you can.

3. This step is optional, You can build up Army EXP to make your divisions use more manpower for a later step.

4. Wait for war. Make sure you are always at over 650 or so Political Power.

5. When you are at war, switch to Scraping the Barrel as soon as possible, then pause.

6. Go into division recruiter

7. Add a Recruitment of any division [Besides special forces]

8. Click "Add line". This will reduce your manpower

9. Repeat Step 8 until Manpower is 0

Badaboom. You now have No country for Old men. The trick this uses is that the achievement doesn't require that all your men die in battle, it only requires your manpower to reach 0 with Scraping the Barrel. Why Special forces don't really work is that they have a cap at how many lines you can produce, and you may run out of lines before you run outta men. The reason why smaller countries are better is because it's easier to switch to Scraping the Barrel, because your army will probably be smaller than your enemies, and you'll capitulate sooner. Ethiopia is a quick country for this achievement. Just hold the capital and the province to the right of it and do exactly what the guide says. You'll have a lot of divisions die and you might not win the war, but you should be able to get the achievement if you keep spamming them out.

You know you can just switch when you have no manpower on your current conscription law and then get it that way

i did it with germany all i did was get to scrap and add all the divisions to build if you make a small template then add after they are being produced rthy will add the manpower and t th achevemtn

I got the achievement by accident as Paraguay. I justified on Bolivia while doing communist focus path for pp. I then got pushed back to my capital cause Bolivia was too strong so I switched to scraping the barrel before capitulating. This method is the fastest and easiest to get the achievement.
