Built to house an indoor habitat. Comes with water/power supply, large keeper hut, a small staff room, and several guest facilities.

Important notes:

◌ Placement: comes with suitable terrain, don't sink into the ground. Experiment with the correct height for your zoo. The guest facilities on the lower tier might need to be temporarily moved if you want to add water.
◌ Remove surrounding null barrier - it's saved as a habitat because of the part limit and the terrain.
◌ Pathing: should be 'easy' on the top tier due to the saved terrain. For the lower tier, adjust your path height to have the texture only just disappear into the concrete. Kerbs should ideally be off, but will regretfully stay visible on elevated paths on the lower tier. The sloping terrain underneath the stairs should make their placement possible, but it's going to be finicky regardless.
