This is a old deathrun map made by hihi1210 and Sideisland.

Add those command to make sure the map works:
mp_autoteambalance 0;mp_disable_respawn_times 1;mp_timelimit 5
recommend use custom cvar
Blue team = death, Red team = Runner
Best to be used on deathrun server
