Arctic Town

Description
A large Arctic Town with a beautiful centre piece in the middle. As I was not able to export the placed path with this creation I will advise on how to build a path so that it fits perfectly around the centre piece if you wish to mirror the screenshots. The in-game price for this item is $61,340.

★PATHING★
You are going to want to use the path of your choice with a Width of 10 and Length of 1. The entrance I have used is in front of the deer between the two Christmas trees, again a width of 10 will fit between them perfectly. On the ground you will find dotted lights, these were place near to the edges of my path so they should help you line up if you're having trouble.

★TERRAIN★
Sadly the terrain also doesn't export with this creation, so when you place the town you will need to edit the terrain for the centre piece in the middle. This shouldn't take long and is relatively easy, allows you to add some uniqueness to your centre piece too :)

★RATE★

@FunGaming44 Thanks for the suggestion! I'll look into doing so soon as I know not everyone wants to place the paths and edit the terrain themselves, although I do recommend doing so as it adds some uniqueness to your little town :)

suggestion save it as a sandbox park, it would be a nice start for an arctic zoo.
