Aichi D3A Val

The main WWII Japanese dive bomber, known by the codename 'Val' to the Allies, while the Japanese Navy terms it the 'Navy Type 99 Carrier Bomber Model 11'. In service since 1939 & they were involved in almost all IJN actions, including the attack on Pearl Harbor. It is easily recognisable through its fixed landing gear. Its enough maneuverability can serve as a primitive dogfighter if needs be.

armaments: x1 250kg bomb, x2 60kg bombs, x2 7.7mm front guns, x1 7.7mm rear gun

note: plane might not take off any runway or surface straight until airborne.

Updated: Tail or rear wings have been modified. The 250kg bomb now has sensor & detonator to increase chances of detonation on impact.

Another update: Improved & better looking 250kg bomb, much more likely to detonate upon impact. It does not break off nor detonate easily by 7.7mm MG fire, but still possible.
