Tzarkan Regeneration

Description
Simply gives Malus regeneration instead of decaying hp, after he transformed into Tzarkan
The tooltip will still say that he takes damage.

doesnt work, loaded it up but it makes no changes and same goes with youre casualty replenishment mod aswell, those are the only two ive tried.
