Optimize Consolidation Time (for Build 41)

Description
容量があるアイテムの統合時間を最適化する。
ちょっと移すときといっぱい移すときで同じ時間がかかるのはおかしいので。
  • 移す量に応じて所要時間が変わるようになります。
  • デメリットとして、少量の移動を中止するのが難しくなります。
  • このModは水には効果がありません。
    が、水はもともと量によって変わるようになっています。
  • Build 41.78で動作確認しました。
    他のバージョンで動くかは分かりません。
  • このModはシングルプレイヤーモード用に作成しました。
    マルチプレイヤーモードで動く保証はありません。
  • この機能を扱う他のModと競合するかもしれません。

Optimize consolidation time for items with capacity.
It's strange that it takes the same amount of time when pouring a little and when pouring a lot.
  • The required time will change according to the amount transferred.
  • As a disadvantage, it becomes difficult to stop pouring a small amount.
  • This mod does not work for water.
    But water originally has that function.
  • I confirmed the operation with Build 41.78.
    I don't know if it works with other versions.
  • This mod was created for the single-player mode.
    There is no guarantee that it will work in multi-player mode.
  • May conflict with Mod that handles the following features:
    media\lua\client\TimedActions\ISConsolidateDrainable.lua

This mod is still working fine.
It has not been updated so far because there is no need to update it.
If you try it and find that it does not work properly, please comment that "it does not work" and I will fix it if I can.
