@Kerovanka
I didn't know what can I do. everything works. liked your mod.
http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/ is a way to directly download mods from the Steam workshop without having to subscribe.
I'll be here if you have any more problems.
1. Go to your mods folder. It's located in My Documents - My Games - Sid Meier's Civilization V - MODS
2. Search for the Pan-Asian Coalition.
If you find nothing, then it means Steam didn't download it right.
If you find it in the form of a .Civ5mod file, then that means that the game didn't unpack it yet - this can be fixed by going into the game and sitting in the mod selection menu.
If none of that works, go to My Documents - My Games - Sid Meier's Civilization V - Cache, then delete the CivVModsDatabase.db file. This will delete all the game's data on what mods it has, and when you launch the game and go to the mods menu it'll create a new database and update it for undownloaded mods. (Be sure to back up your mods first, sometimes doing this will cause the game to delete mods that have been removed from the workshop for example)
