Description
All civilizations start with -30 faith, ticking up towards 0, and gained faith decays for the first 30 turns. Even though you start at -30 faith you won't have to produce more faith than if you weren't using this mod as long as you play around the decay rather than dumping faith into it to try and fight it.

This prevents lucky players/CPUs being able to steal the best pantheons before anyone else has had a chance to rush out their Holy Site, without needing to put any production towards faith themselves. Players will now have a decent chance at securing their desired Pantheon when rushing faith.

Rushing faith is now also more of a commitment as you'll have to run Holy Site Prayers for longer to counteract the decay. This gives the Stonehenge wonder some new niches where it can be built alongside a Holy Site instead of running Holy Site Prayers or where it's built after founding a Religion for a free Apostle.

The God King Policy Card is made slightly worse by introducing decay but this is only the case if you're using it to eke out gold purchases. It's still just as useful as it was before when you're using it alongside other sources of faith to neutralize the decay and rush out your Pantheon.

The decay and cap are applied in order at the start of each turn.

This has been playtested on Standard speed, if there is demand for dedicated configurations for other game speeds I might implement those later.
