Description
a small building meant to be placed on a map with roads and buildings grids correctly aligned ( beton square in front is just a reper, delete it after placing building correctly ) create required roads before to place. Everything used for building is Planet Zoo theme, so no research needed anyway value is other 21K . contains every needed staff building and an electric generator and water treatment.
