Method:

Every September and October,
you can enter the dark moon faire through the decision field.
(inaccessible to minors)

Only humans, night elves, blood elves, draeney,
dwarves, orcs, ogres and Tauren can enter the dark moon faire.

The prize of dark moon faire is not only potion, but also arena equipment.
Just like Warcraft,
you can right-click the portrait to get the effect of the set.
