Update 2/24/21
Update: Valve has since fixed the iBUYPOWER sticker name, however the Team Dignitas sticker still is nameless.
Significance of the Stickers
What's so important about these two teams?
The sticker names for both iBUYPOWER and Team Dignitas are glitched
When viewed in the owner's inventory, the Team Dignitas sticker appears to have a blank name, and the iBUYPOWER sticker is written like this: "iBUYPOWER 9Gold) | Dreamhack 2014" making the stickers one of few glitched skins/stickers that exist in the game.

iBUYPOWER stickers are worth a lot of money
The reason for iBUYPOWER's high sticker values are due to the iBUYPOWER bans of 2015, when the entire roster was banned (except for Skadoodle) due to an incident in 2014 where they threw a match for a total of $10,738.26. The money would be split among players and the one who fixed the match. There were rumors of matchfixing at first, but it eventually died down, only to regain popularity in January of 2015 when leaked messages came out from a former player's girlfriend confirming that the match was fixed, and popular betting site CS:GO Lounge further confirmed this story when multiple accounts that bet on the game lead back to someone who was later identified as the one to fix the match. Valve responded to the situation by permanently banning the roster, who would disband. Since this incident, sticker prices shot up for iBUYPOWER, with some now reaching upwards of $12,000 each.

iBUYPOWER has since disbanded
iBUYPOWER disbanded in 2015, months after the previously mentioned matchfixing scandal. Team Dignitas also temporarily disbanded in August 2018, however the organization has since returned to the scene.

Both teams played a limited number of maps, limiting the amount of skins with the souvenirs
Half of the matches that both iBP and Team Dignitas played during the event were on Nuke, so most of the skins were from the Nuke collection. This limited the variety of the skins dropped. Skins from other collections are harder to find, causing their prices to go up.

Only a fraction of drops were released compared to nowadays
Not only are the souvenirs from Dreamhack Winter 2014 rarer because the event was five years ago, but also because at the time CS:GO wasn't as popular at the time. If the amount of souvenirs dropped today were dropped back then, there would likely have been inflation in the skin market. The souvenir packages dropped to viewers who tuned in to the livestreams on Twitch, where viewership was low compared to the amount of viewers the game pulls in nowadays.
iBUYPOWER Souvenir Skins
iBUYPOWER never made it out of the group stage, playing only 3 maps in total. The most notable of the 3 was the Nuke game against Team Dignitas. This was the only time the two teams played each other during the whole tournament.
