Description (english):
Are you annoyed of your AI puppets spamming lots of divisions to you?!
Then I have the solution for you!
With this little mod your AI puppets won’t give divisions to you anymore randomly. Just in case you request troops from your puppet states you’ll be able to get divisions from them.

Beschreibung (deutsch):
Seid ihr auch genervt davon, dass Euch Eure Marionetten mit unzähligen Divisionen zuspammen?!
Dann habe ich hier die Lösung für Euch!
Mit dieser kleinen Mod erhaltet ihr keine unerwarteten Truppenkontingente mehr von Euren Marionetten. Ihr könnt lediglich nur noch Truppen auf dem Wege erhalten, indem Ihr diese bei Euren Marionettenstaaten anfordert!

Sorry to say, but this mod doesn't work in the slightest bit, as if it wasn't there at all.

Could use an update, but there don't seem to be huge differences. The most consistent problem is it's missing "peace_score_ratio_transferred_to_overlord" which appears to be a new thing.
