One correction: I believe the prerequisite for Janus heading over to Helen West's house is his health check up (conducted by his nurse, or by you disguised as his nurse). When Helen asks him on the phone when he is coming over to pick up his robe, he answers that he will come once his leg/back stops cramping (or something physical like that).
Notably, in one playthrough where I happened to scare away the ducks, this led to the nurse doing Janus's check up, and then Janus eventually going to Helen's, all without further action from me. So those two things can occur while the player does other things (e.g., fill the molehills to make progress towards Elderly Assistance, or just take out Nolan and gather clues), which can cut down on mission time :)
