Art Gallery Zoo Entrance

Description
A modern-style Zoo entrance with lots of greenery. Contains a small art gallery and some (unmanned) information booths. Needs to be lowered into the ground a bit and use align to grid to place the paths. Enjoy!

I love this entrance but cannot get it to open anymore. It is constantly locked even after researching everything. anyone else having this problem?
