Dota 2 & DotA Heroes' name and title

Introduction

Most of heroes in Dota 2 still have both name and title, and most of them still keep their name from DotA (except some heroes that Valve had to change their name or title due to copyright issue).
However in Dota 2, only name or title is written ingame.

NOTES:
(2) In Dota 2, Anti-Mage's name is removed. At first, in Dota 2, Anti-Mage and Terroblade were still brothers. There are some AM's responses to TB refer that like "What would mother say?", "Hello, brother",..... But those responses were unused ingame. Now AM and TB don't have any relationship.

(3) Many people argue letter "P" in Mirana's title "PotM" is "princess" or "prietess". In DotA, her title was "Prietess", but in Dota 2, her title was changed into "Princess". So, if you are talking about Mirana in Dota 2, "princess" is right. However, in Mirana's responses, she still refers to herself as prietess.

(4) In some responses, Riki still calls himself "Rikimaru".

NOTES:

(5) Nature Prophet's name in DotA is Furion, in Dota 2 his name was removed. However, in game files NP's name is still "Furi" (short of "Furion"). At first, Valve used to named NP as Tequoia, but that name was removed for unspecified reasons.

(6) In Dota 2, Pugna's title was removed. However, Oblivion is still mentioned in his lore as his art of sorcery.
