This guide is not for the weak hearted ES players who think he can only support. This is for all the legendary people who are bored with the same ol' earthshaker.

This guide is based on the 6.79 buff to es that buffs Earthshaker's Damage when using Enchant Totem by 400% Of the existing Damage.
We use this buff to 1 hit others :>

Please See, I've Been recieving alot of complaints regarding the feeding by many players, The only solution I can come up with is to last hit properly else the purpose of being a carry would not remain any longer.
SO IF and ONLY IF you are a good last hitter then I recommend this guide to you, Else play support.
Suggested lane is Safe lane/mid, You can suicide lane too with a healing hero but must be avoided.

EDIT:
Starting Item 2 is recommended only if you've problems last hitting, or you've good healing support in your lane or you're at mid
You can go for midas if you can farm it before 7 mins, Else it loses its purpose of getting you your mid game items early.
Bottle Can be bought if you're at mid, It will remove your early game mana problems which only gets fixed after buying battlefury/Arcane Boots.

Now, How do we 1 hit others?
We Throw the support build, Go carry by buying all the damage items possible, Where shadow blade and daedalus being core.

When you are done with your shadowblade, You have to follow a sequence of spells for maximum Damage-

Routine 1-(Solo killing)
Enchant Totem, 2 Seconds wait, Shadow Blade, RIGHT CLICK ENEMY,Enchant Totem once again, RIGHT CLICK ENEMY, LAUGH YOUR BUTT OFF.

Routine 2-(Killing with enemy team nearby)
Enchant Totem, Immediate Shadow Blade, Right Click enemy, Fissure, Enchant Totem, Right Click, Shadow Blade.

Routine 3-(Killing Enemies Near Creeps/Illusions)[Arcane Boots is Core here]
Enchant Totem, Immediate Shadow blade, Ultimate, Fissure, Enchant Totem,Shadow Blade
