No More Mood Debuffs

Are you having trouble keeping your colonists' mood high? Do you not want your colonists to start fires every other day? Well, I got a solution for you!

This mod makes it so that negative thoughts no longer have an effect on mood!

As I'm an inexperienced coder, some things may still be unchanged (as far as I know, the drug related debuffs stayed the same). But as most other debuffs were removed, it shouldn't be too hard to manage them.

Disclaimer: This mod makes the game a lot easier if you don't know how to increase mood effectively. I only recommend using this mod if you really are struggling to keep your colony sane and entertained.
