SCP-3003 Invasion

It's been a while since I've made a scenario, but with my newfound knowledge of the SCP Universe expanding, I have decided to take another shot at a SCP scenario for Plague Inc!

STORY:
It's been 30 years. SCP-3003-3 has been studying Earth, and sending spies to learn about the geography of our world. After all this time, SCP-3003-4 is finally ready for action. Time to conquer the Earth!

In this scenario, you play as SCP-3003-3: a technologically advanced civilization on SCP-3003, composed of SCP-3003's entire native population of thirty billion humans. Your goal is to spread the Marce bugs to the humans. However, Marce have... interesting... effects on humans.

IMPORTANT READING (READ THIS OR YOU MIGHT BE CONFUSED):
SCP-3003 is a Earth sized planet located 208 light years away from Earth.

SCP-3003-1 are beetle-like organisms referred to as "Marce" by SCP-3003-3. Your plague is the Marce invasion.

You must help SCP-3003-3 build a portal (SCP-3003-4) to Earth and release their parasitic bugs onto the planet, and take over the World!

EXTRA:
This scenario is not 100% accurate to the original SCP-3003 document. I am aware of this, since I have read it before. I had to put some of my own little spins onto it since the Plague Inc scenario creator is very limited. I hope you understand.

Also, Godspeed to anyone trying to beat this on mega brutal. It's pretty friggin hard.
