Greetings everyone, I have modified the vanilla settings of the city or town's administrative structures and military structures.
In the original settings, those structures of administration or military will heavily reduce the public order of their provinces, but now it will be greatly improved the public order in your provinces. so the higher city/town level, or the higher barrack/ military ports, the higher public order in your province, enjoy it!

这个MOD修改的内容很简单，但会增加不少战役游戏中的乐趣：城市管理设施升级和军事设施升级将不再因肮脏降治安，反而会增加相当数量（正好是原降低数量）的治安值。

这样，你就可以安心在前线扩张了。家里的叛乱会急剧降低。当然，只要你不要太穷奢极欲官逼民反就好。

这是因为当时希腊-罗马世界中的城市建设水平还是不错的，市政建设当然要能清除肮脏和不理想的居住环境，否则罗马的市政官干脆不要干就是了。:)
