Great Barrier Reef - Campus Adjacency (OBSOLETE)

Description
NOTE: This change has been added to the game itself. This mod is now obsolete.

Since the last patch, regular reefs provide +2 Science adjacency for Campuses.

This mod makes it so that the Great Barrier Reef tiles do too.

Works with all DLC and mods.

FYI, since this mod has been absorbed into the base game, it gives double adjacency bonus (+4 per tile rather than +2) rather than a single adjacency while enabled. Just a heads up, as I've forgotten to disable this mod since it was implemented, and having a +8 campus on turn 20 is a bit bonkers. :)

Hey man could you include some of your little balance mods into CX (like this one, Fisheries, CS unique improvements...) ? You did it for instance with Ski Resort Adjacency, Real Nobel Prize, Workable Mountain, so adding the other ones seems useful

@Lord Brendan - Thanks! I didn't even notice the Great Barrier Reef wasn't providing the bonus until I saw a post on Reddit, which inspired me.

My reworked civilization series is coming along! I'm making progress every day but it's certainly a slog and a lot of work. I'm not going to be releasing any more individual reworks, so everything will come out at once.
