The definitive Fempire edition that gender swaps the units and lords of ALL factions. All of Calradia is now matriarchal. Even bandit/mercenary groups have been swapped, although it is still possible to recruit men via the same way you recruit women in the vanilla game. (Camp defenders/sword sisters; now appropriately renamed)

Arwa the Pearled One has taken the throne from Hakim and established a matriarchy. Fight for the Sultana or oppose her. It's up to you. Lady Isolla of Suno has denounced the butter king and created her own queendom. All other factions have their own original rulers.

This mod is based on Diplomacy and is very close to the default Native experience. There are a few additional armours taken from open source mods, as well as improved face textures for the characters. Troop trees remain mostly faithful to the original experience.

Keep in mind that this is my first attempt at Warband modding and was more of a test and personal project than anything. It may lack polish in some areas; such as male titles mistakenly being used for now female characters in certain dialogue, and is by no means a full conversion.
