Description
A challenge build for Fractalite.

Rules were:
Level 1 - 3
Can only use "Ground Repulser Engines" (the green ones)
Must only have 1 fuel tank and 1 p-gen
Must have 1 cargo container
Has to have 8m/s^2 in all the thrust directions
Can only utilize carbon blocks.
Cannot use "open cockpits" only closed.

I named it after the Blue Uluguru, a small tree frog.
