Adds Ahiram - King of Byblos (probably) and Really Really Rich Dude - to the game as an Alt Leader of Phoenicia. He may not look like much, but you'll just have to a-Hir' what he has to say!

The mod support file of Ahiram contains only TSL for "CIVILIZATION_LIME_SOMALIA", not for Ahiram. I guess it's a mistake and was copied from there

Just FYI your ModSupport.sql file lists values for CIVILIZATION_LIME_SOMALIA instead of CIVILIZATION_PHOENICIA, not sure if that's intentional?
