Description
Gravelly Hill Interchange, more commonly known by its nickname, Spaghetti Junction, is Junction 6 of the M6 and is situated near (and named after) Gravelly Hill in Northeast Birmingham. It marks the start point of the A38(M) Aston Expressway, the UK's only tidal flow motorway. The junction was opened on 24 May 1972, along with the Aston Expressway.
