Alternate Canada Flags

I did redesigns for Canada’s flags. Yes.

I fixed pixel-sized sizing mistakes with the democratic and fascist flag. I also made the Communist flag closer to the democratic flag.

For the Ally partner Canada flags, I made the communist and fascist flag have a closer connection to their corresponding unassociated flags.

For the UK Dominion Canada flags, I did the same thing as the Ally partner flags, but the defining symbolism is based on the political parties of the UK.
