I was able recreate the problem, for some reason I am unable to fix this version of the wallpaper. I have uploaded a new version that should work, you will need to subscribe to the new one.

I've updated the video and republished to the workshop. Subscribing to it again works for me. If it still doesn't work I could reupload it as a new project.

Hm, not sure what's wrong. it works for me when I change to it. It is just a video wp, there are no extra effects added to it, it should work the same for everyone.

after i downloaded it and changed it, the former wallpaper stops playing, showing the change, but nothing happens, the former wp keeps freezing there
