What does it change?
- Base values of attributes are 10. (Strength, agility etc.)
- Base values of proficencies are 50. (One Handed Weapons, archery etc.)

The subscibe issue is a known issue with the way that steam's workshop deals with mods. Basic fix is unsub from a few mods (try to have only one page, if that doesn't fix the issue remove more until the game works). The issue appears to be on steam's end, if you use a normal modding method you should be fine, just drag and drop out of the steam mods folder. If you don't know about doing that (or just dont feel like digging around in files) the unsubing thing is a good fix.

wont let me subscribe says there is an error
