Animated Pokemon - Gardevoir

Description
I made this for myself after seeing how few Gardevoir images were on here. I would love to have done a shiny and/or mega version of this if there was an image to use out there (hint hint wink wink).

The original image is 1024x940 so I can't really scale it well with out a larger original image, But I'm sure someone else could take this and make a 1920x1080 version.

I did not draw or own the original image.

In the Editor I used the 'Shake' effect and painted each piece individually.
