Canon Empire Color Palette

Description
Adds canon inspired faction color palette for those that like to use the correct faction color schemes from the artwork.

These are the colors I use for reference:

Nekalim - Row 1 - Color 1 - Blood Red
Lumeris - Row 1 - Color 2 - Dark Grey
Sophons - Row 1 - Color 3 - Sky Blue
Umbral Choir - Row 2 - Color 1 - Cyan
Hissho - Row 2 - Color 2 - Dark Cyan
Horatio - Row 2 - Color 4 - Green
Riftborn - Row 3 - Color 1 - Sand
Vodyani - Row 3 - Color 2 - Orange
Unfallen - Row 3 - Color 3 - Tan
UE - Row 4 - Color 1 - Bright Red
Cravers - Row 4 - Color 3 - Gold
Vaulters - Row 5 - Color 1 - Yelllow

@drew_west awesome mod mate. how did you create this mod? i'd like to create my own colour palette mod but i haven't found any documentation on the internet.

@Bored_EM Well the Mezari are basically the Vaulters, so they'd have Vaulter colors (which IMO is orange. You could go blue or navy blue too since they're science oriented). The Sheredyn were yellow, I think? Or gold.

One thing. Minors have the same colour as Academy.

@Fredgerd, from the in game artwork and hero artwork, not the comics. Like I said, when I mention 'canon' I was trying to convey that the colors represented in this palette are more loreful that those in the default game. With it being a palette people can still freely choose which ever colors they like.
